• Your primary role will be to deliver remote care through an 8-week evidence-based counseling program focused on empowering clients to develop actionable skills for lifelong mental well-being.
• Regularly monitor participant progress by providing timely follow-up communications and care coordination recommendations. You will maintain meticulous documentation of session notes to track patient outcomes.
• As a key member of the multidisciplinary care team, you will assist clients in accessing necessary resources, while ensuring standard procedures are followed for consent and authorization.
• Identify and effectively respond to high-risk situations and safety concerns, adhering to our established protocols to protect both client and clinician well-being.
• Engage in regular meetings with clinical supervisors and participate in monthly team huddles and Town Halls to foster professional development and maintain alignment with organizational objectives.
• Uphold the highest levels of confidentiality following HIPAA guidelines while also completing any required annual training to ensure compliance.

In this role, you will primarily serve a diverse population of individuals facing various mental health challenges. Our clients range from adolescents to adults, and we emphasize building therapeutic rapport to support their unique needs. Your focus will be on equipping participants with practical tools and skills—rooted in approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT)—to foster resilience and promote lasting behavioral change.

• A current and valid license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• Ability and willingness to maintain a consistent schedule with patients, ensuring they have access to necessary therapeutic support.
• A strong background in conducting psychotherapy using evidence-based methods, particularly CBT and DBT.
