• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate client mental health needs and formulate individual treatment plans aligned with evidence-based practices.
• Lead therapy sessions using various modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and mindfulness-based approaches.
• Collaborate proactively with families and interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care and ensure holistic treatment options.
• Maintain accurate, confidential records of client interactions, therapeutic progress, and treatment outcomes utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems.
• Participate in regular team meetings to provide insights on therapeutic practices and improve client experience.
• Engage in professional development opportunities to stay updated on the latest trends and research in mental health care.

The primary clientele served includes individuals and families experiencing a range of mental health issues, from anxiety and depression to more complex conditions. Our clinicians focus on creating a safe, supportive environment where clients feel empowered to share their experiences and work towards their mental health goals.

• A Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field is required.
• An active state license as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) is mandatory.
• Proficient computer skills, particularly in using Google Suite and EHR software for documentation and communication.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential for effective client interaction and teamwork.

• A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in providing mental health counseling is highly preferred.
• Experience working with diverse populations and an understanding of culturally sensitive practices.
• Familiarity with telehealth practices and adapting therapy techniques to remote platforms.
