This position is uniquely designed for remote work, giving you the flexibility to cater to clients from the comfort of your home while adhering to a structured schedule of Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM. Our communication relies on modern technology, using systems such as Google Suite and Electronic Health Records (EHRs) to facilitate seamless client management and ensure that each session is documented thoroughly and conducted professionally.

• Conduct detailed assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health needs and strengths, tailoring evidence-based therapeutic interventions to foster growth.
• Develop personalized treatment plans based on the individual goals and challenges of each client, regularly updating these plans as progress is made.
• Lead engaging therapy sessions that utilize a variety of modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness techniques, and family therapy approaches.
• Maintain accurate and confidential documentation of client interactions, ensuring compliance with ethical standards and legal regulations.
• Collaborate with other professionals, including psychiatrists, social workers, and educational staff, to ensure a comprehensive approach to client care.
• Contribute valuable insights during team meetings on enhancing therapeutic techniques and improving patient experience.

In this role, you will work with a diverse client base, including children, adolescents, adults, and families facing a range of mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and grief. Your expertise will be pivotal in helping clients navigate their personal landscapes, equipping them with coping strategies and life skills to achieve their goals.

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is required.
• Active state licensure as an LPC, LMFT, LCSW, or PsyD.
• Proven competencies in utilizing telehealth technologies and strong computer skills, specifically with Google Suite and EHR systems.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, allowing for effective interactions with clients and team members.

• Experience in a community health setting or similar environment is a plus.
• Familiarity with trauma-informed care practices and other therapeutic modalities enhances the fit for this position.
