  • We are looking for a Product Quality Evaluator to join our team.
  • Location: Omaha, NE or Sunnyvale, CA (Hybrid)
  • Work Schedule: Full Time
Primary Responsibilities will include:
  • Test user flows for the next generation of LinkedIn products across various platforms and browsers. Key focus area on search quality.
  • Work with engineers, team leads, and product managers to provide member perspective on features such that they meet market needs with respect to functionality, usability, performance, accessibility, and security
  • Partner with engineering to identify and report issues. Verify bugs are fixed and provide sign-off verification to engineering
  • Author and execute test cases based on product specs and member behavior
  • Maintain test case repository as source of truth for expected product behavior and test coverage
  • Analyze member reported issues and recommend test coverage improvements
  • Be able to estimate the level of effort, balance and prioritize multiple projects in parallel
  • Effectively present technical and functional details to senior leaders with both technical and non-technical backgrounds and provide recommendation on product readiness for public launch
Basic Qualifications
  • BE/BS/BA degree required
  • 1+ yearsโ€™ experience in one or more of the following areas: User Testing, Product Evaluation, Quality Assurance, User Experience, Program/Project Management, Test Engineering, or Technical Support.
  • 1+ year JIRA knowledge
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in GenAI testing and output scoring
  • Experience in Agile methodologies
  • Experience with SQL and database structures is a plus
  • Experience with APIs is a plus
  • High attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously
