These roles may include responsibilities such as conducting user behavior studies, analyzing data related to mental health in the workplace, or developing programs to improve employee wellness. Remote psychologists at Google often collaborate with teams across the company using digital communication tools. The position generally requires a background in psychology and experience with research or applied psychology, along with the ability to work independently in a virtual environment.
