Job description

We're looking for a sharp, data-driven Ads Specialist to join our team and help drive results across Meta, Google, and other paid platforms. This role is perfect for someone who doesn't just know how to run ads, but knows how to optimize them. You'll be responsible for building, optimizing, and reporting on paid campaigns for a mix of clients across industries. If you're the kind of person who checks ROAS for fun and knows what creative hooks convert, we want to hear from you.
You'll work closely with our clients to:
  • Develop and execute paid media strategies across Meta, Google, LinkedIn, and Pinterest (depending on client needs) - experience in both Google and Meta are mandatory
  • Write compelling ad copy and collaborate with our creative team on visuals
  • Monitor ad performance daily, making data-backed optimizations in real time
  • Analyze results and report on performance with clear insights and next steps
  • Stay on top of platform updates, best practices, and emerging trends

Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience managing paid ads with a track record of strong results
  • Proficiency in Facebook Ads Manager and Google Ads (LinkedIn and Pinterest are a plus)
  • Deep understanding of audience targeting, testing frameworks, and conversion optimization
  • Strong copy instincts - you know what grabs attention and gets the click
  • Ability to interpret data and translate it into action
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Comfortable working independently and managing multiple campaigns at once

Benefits
  • Pay is per-project, coming out to $45/hr
  • 10-20 hrs per week after 1-2 months of a paid trial period
