  • Communication between office, foreman, owners, designers, consultants, subcontractors, and vendor
  • Managing crews
  • Scheduling deliveries
  • Entering pay role
  • Completing and sending site paperwork
  • Manage Subcontract and purchase orders.
  • Proactively developing and maintaining relationships with owners, designers, consultants, subcontractors, and vendors
