Position Overview We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented E-Learning Course Designer to convert raw educational material into high-quality, easy-to-understand online courses. This is not a simple assembly role.

You will take videos, transcripts, research, and loose content and turn them into clear, structured, highly engaging learning experiences that uphold the Dr. Berg brand. You will work closely with the design team, content team, and marketing team to ensure smooth delivery.

Job Duties & Responsibilities Course Development & Instructional Design Transform raw material (videos, transcripts, research, notes) into clear, structured, and educational online introductory courses. Create engaging lesson flows that are intuitive, easy to follow, and aligned with adult learning principles. Draft lesson outlines, scripts, slide copy, worksheet text, and supporting learning materials.

Ensure content is accurate, concise, and aligned with the Dr. Berg brand voice. Collaborate with the design team to translate instructional concepts into strong visuals and learner-friendly layouts.

Work with the marketing team to align course structure and language with broader learning objectives and user pathways (no automation or funnel building required). Optimize course copy (titles, summaries, calls-to-action within the course) to improve clarity and retention. Required Qualifications & Skills Proven experience developing and writing online courses, instructional content, or e-learning programs.

Experience working with LMS platforms (e.g., Kajabi, LearnDash or similar platform) Strong instructional design skillsโ€”ability to simplify complex information into digestible, engaging formats. Excellent copywriting skills, especially in health, wellness, education, or technical topics. Strong project management, organization, and communication abilities.

Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, marketing, content). A mindset centered on clarity, learner experience, and delivering a high-quality educational product. Preferred Qualifications Background or strong interest in health, wellness, nutrition, or functional medicine.

Familiarity with Dr. Berg's content and educational approach. Work-from-Home Requirements Up-to-date Windows PC or Mac with reliable high-speed internet.

Quiet, professional workspace conducive to writing and course development. Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams) and ability to learn new software as needed. Tech-savvy approach to communication and daily tasks.
