Job Summary:
Pyramid Consulting, Inc is currently seeking an Oracle Reporting lead with Splash for a contract opportunity. The role involves leading the design and development of reports, translating business requirements into technical solutions, and providing technical guidance to an offshore team.
Responsibilities:
• Lead design and development of Splash and BI Publisher reports
• Translate business reporting requirements into technical solutions
• Perform code reviews and provide technical guidance to offshore team
• Support UAT, defect fixes, and production reporting issues
• Ensure adherence to development standards and best practices
Qualifications:
Required:
• Strong hands-on experience in Oracle Splash report development
• Extensive experience in Oracle BI Publisher (RTF, XML, XDO templates)
• Advanced PL/SQL skills (packages, procedures, functions, complex SQL)
• Strong understanding of Oracle Databases
• Experience in report performance tuning and troubleshooting
• Experience with Oracle E-Business Suite / Fusion reporting
• Exposure to large data volumes and performance optimization
• Prior onsite–offshore coordination experience
• Location: Remote with Occasional Travel for Houston, TX
