Job Title: Data Analyst

Location: Remote (non-US-based)

Job Summary: 

MGT is seeking a highly innovative team member to apply their passion for data analysis to scale our impact. The Data Analyst will play a key role in capturing data, performing analysis, and developing visualizations that enable MGT to intentionally use data to inform our social impact strategy and reach our goals.

The ideal candidate will support data collection, synthesis, organization, analysis, visualization, and propose solutions based on data across different activities in OGAT.  This is an entrepreneurial environment that fosters learning and encourages process improvement. Key Responsibilities:

  • Gather client metrics across the SIS business to be used in evaluating our impact and business strategy.
  • Identify, clean, merge, and filter datasets from multiple sources to generate high-quality cross-functional datasets.
  • Develop strategic data visualizations.
  • Create, deliver, and manage a client survey system to calculate key metrics to improve the delivery of solutions.
  • Develop scalable data systems using advanced tools such as coding programs and AI.
  • Support software development and maintenance.
  • Support data management and analysis in CRM platforms.
  • Translate analytic insights into clear business actions to ensure SIS makes well-informed decisions based on empirical evidence.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
  • Two (2) or more years of experience in research, business intelligence, statistics, data analysis, or similar.
  • Experience creating basic reports or dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, or other business intelligence tools (e.g., Looker, Qlik, or similar).
  • Experience in coding programs such as Python, SQL, R, or similar.
  • Experience in building or analyzing data models using AI/ML tools to identify trends, generate insights, and support datadriven decisionmaking.
  • Experience in software development life cycle and data analytics.
  • Advanced or Native-level English fluency.
  • Ability to be available during U.S. business working hours (ET time zone).

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce is a plus.
  • Proven analytical, database design, and analysis skills, including the ability to translate data into actionable reports and recommendations.
  • Quick learner, independent, and capable of carrying out tasks without further instructions.
  • Ability to adapt to the dynamic nature of multiple concurrent initiatives.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity comfortably and meet frequent deadlines.
  • Problem solver, willing to propose solutions to roadblocks that may arise rather than rely on others to solve them.
  • A sense of humor and ability to work in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong sense of continuous learning and teamwork.
