Job Opportunity

This is a remote position. Negentrix Holding is an educational company with the mission to accompany people through practical training and targeted support in their integration into the German labor market. Our educational group includes four schools – MBI Akademie, IT Career Hub, DWW Akademie, and Beam Institute of Technology. We qualify our participants for in-demand professions and accompany them from vocational orientation to successful entry into the labor market. Our target group consists of people whose native language is not German, but for whom Germany has become a new home. We support them in gaining linguistic and professional security, becoming part of society, and building a successful career in the long term. In the care sector, we help people start their careers from scratch, continue their education, have foreign qualifications recognized, and prepare for work in the German healthcare system. Our programs include qualifications for nursing assistants and caregivers, treatment care LG1 and LG2, preparation for the knowledge examination, and professional German for the medical and care sector. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a German teacher who will prepare our participants linguistically for training and professional life in care. Your tasks include conducting vocational German lessons for participants in our care programs; designing interactive online courses for groups of 15 to 20 people; conveying care-related vocabulary and typical communication situations; checking learning progress and giving constructive feedback; developing teaching materials together with the pedagogical team. Requirements include German language skills at C2 level or native language language proficiency; experience in teaching German as a foreign or second language; experience with online teaching and modern language teaching methods; pedagogical, linguistic, or comparable studies are advantageous; knowledge in the field of care or vocational German is advantageous; recognized certificate for German teaching such as DaF, DaZ, or a comparable qualification is advantageous; Russian language skills are advantageous. Benefits include project-based collaboration on a freelance basis with a scope of 4 to 12 hours per week; fully remote teaching from any location within Germany; honor in the amount of 35 Euros per 45-minute lesson; access to existing curricula, teaching materials, and professional support by our pedagogical team; opportunity to actively shape the linguistic preparation of future caregivers; methodological freedom and room for your own ideas within a clearly structured educational program; participation in a socially relevant educational task that enables people to enter a sought-after profession.
