Job description

Job Title

No shift work, no weekend duty, remote from Bavaria, fixed working hours Mon–Fri. You are a healthcare professional and wish for a job without shift duty, without weekend work – and still in the middle of care? Then read on. Because at marta you get exactly that: A meaningful task where you can apply your nursing knowledge without being at the bedside. Instead, you will build something new – our everyday help service in Bavaria.

What Marta Does

Millions of seniors in Germany need support in their daily lives – when shopping, in the household or for doctor's appointments. At the same time, many families hardly find reliable help. Marta changes that: We make everyday support for seniors simple, reliable and accessible for every family. With our hourly everyday help, we are currently building a new business area that is supposed to grow throughout Germany. In North Rhine-Westphalia, we are already recognized as a provider under Section 45a SGB XI and active – now comes Bavaria. And for this we are looking for you.

Your Role In Our Team

You will take on a dual role that is rarely found in nursing: As an account manager, you will operationally build up our everyday help service in Bavaria and as a healthcare professional, you will ensure the quality we need for our recognition under Section 45a SGB XI in Bavaria. Account Management & Location Development (~80%)

  • You advise families looking for hourly everyday support for their relatives – from the first contact to the start of care.
  • You conduct interviews with new everyday helpers, select suitable candidates and find suitable matches between families and helpers.
  • You coordinate ongoing assignments, organize replacements in case of absences and keep an eye on several cases at the same time.
  • You actively build up our customer base and our helper network in Munich and Bavaria.
  • You improve our processes and shape this new business area from the very beginning.

Healthcare Professional & Quality Assurance (~20%)

  • You are the named specialist for our recognition under Section 45a SGB XI (AVSG) at the Bavarian State Office for Nursing – and ensure that we meet all requirements.
  • You accompany our everyday helpers professionally, carry out quality checks and ensure that our standards are correct.
  • You bring your nursing knowledge into the entire company – whether in internal trainings, process improvements or as a contact person for professional questions.
What You Bring With You

What you need

  • Completed three-year training as a nursing professional (elderly care nurse, health and nursing assistant, nursing professional) or a comparable degree in health, social or nursing care.
  • Residence in Bavaria, Munich area or Nuremberg – for quality visits and the accompaniment of helpers on site.
  • Good organizational talent: You keep an overview, even if several cases run in parallel.
  • Clear, friendly communication – especially on the phone. You like contact with people.
  • Very good German skills (at least C1), English at B1 level.

Bonus, but not a must

  • Experience in customer contact, account management, recruiting or operations.
  • Professional experience in outpatient care, senior care or with a nursing service.
  • You are keen to think entrepreneurially and build our location from scratch with our support.
Why Marta?

Out of shift work. Fixed working hours, no weekend duty, no night shift. You work like in a normal office job – only with more meaning. Remote first. You work from home. On site in Munich/Bavaria only if needed for quality visits or helper accompaniment. Be a pioneer. You are the first force in Bavaria and build our location from scratch with us. Much responsibility, short decision-making paths, real freedom to shape. Meaningful work. You help to solve one of the biggest social problems: Reliable everyday support for seniors. Start-up culture. Flat hierarchies, quick decisions, a team that wants to grow together. Modern benefits. Free Wellhub membership (sports, fitness, wellness), latest equipment and prospectively a company car with growing team and customer base. Attractive salary. €40,000–45,000 basic salary + performance-related bonus component – depending on experience and working hours. Working model

  • Full-time (40h) or part-time (from 30h) possible
  • Location: Munich area or Nuremberg
  • On-site presence as needed (quality visits, helper accompaniment)
  • Fixed working hours: Mon–Fri, no shift or weekend duty
