To support the continued growth of our Wealth Management business, we are seeking a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to help advance our business intelligence capabilities through enterprise reporting, analytics, forecasting, and automation.

In this role, you will partner with Wealth Management leaders, Product teams, Finance, Data Engineering, and Technology partners to design and deliver scalable reporting solutions that enable data-driven decision making. You will transform complex business questions into meaningful insights, robust KPI frameworks, and executive-ready dashboards that help shape business strategy and performance.

This role may be based in one of Voya's office locations or performed remotely, depending on business needs, team alignment, and candidate location. If aligned to a Voya office, the role may follow a hybrid work model with a combination of in-office and remote work.

The Contributions You'll Make:

  • Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards, scorecards, and KPI measurement frameworks.
  • Build scalable reporting and analytics solutions that support Wealth Management business objectives.
  • Integrate data across multiple enterprise systems and data sources to create trusted business insights.
  • Develop and optimize SQL queries supporting reporting, analytics, and performance measurement needs.
  • Identify opportunities to automate manual reporting processes and improve operational efficiency.
  • Conduct deep-dive analyses to identify trends, business opportunities, and performance drivers.
  • Partner with business stakeholders to define requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Collaborate with Data Engineering and Technology teams to improve data quality, accessibility, and governance.
  • Deliver executive-level reporting and data storytelling that supports strategic decision making.
  • Support future-state forecasting, predictive analytics, and AI-enabled reporting initiatives.

Minimum Knowledge & Experience:

  • 3+ years of experience in business intelligence, reporting, analytics, or data-focused roles.
  • Strong Power BI development experience, including dashboard design, data modeling, and visualization best practices.
  • Advanced SQL skills and experience working with large, complex datasets.
  • Experience supporting cloud-based data environments such as Databricks, Snowflake, Azure, or comparable platforms.
  • Experience integrating multiple data sources and developing scalable analytical solutions.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into business value.
  • Demonstrated success partnering with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
  • High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field preferred.
  • Equivalent combinations of professional experience, certifications, technical training, military experience, apprenticeships, or demonstrated expertise will be considered.

Preferred Knowledge & Experience:

  • Experience in Wealth Management, Retirement Services, Asset Management, or Financial Services.
  • Experience with Python, automation, or advanced analytics tools.
  • Exposure to predictive analytics or machine learning concepts.
  • Experience supporting forecasting and business planning initiatives.
  • Professional certifications related to Power BI, SQL, cloud data platforms, or analytics.

Compensation Pay Disclosure:

Voya is committed to pay that's fair and equitable, which means comparable pay for comparable roles and responsibilities.

The below annual base salary range reflects the expected hiring range(s) for this position in the location(s) listed. In addition to base salary, Voya offers incentive opportunities (i.e., annual cash incentives, sales incentives, and/or long-term incentives) based on the role to reward the achievement of annual performance objectives. Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the amount Voya Financial is willing to pay at the time of this posting.

Actual compensation offered may vary from the posted salary range based upon the candidate's geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked.
