Job Title: CPX Technical Supervisor
Location: Americas Region (Field & Remote)
The CPX Commissioning Supervisor plays a key role in overseeing the full lifecycle of commissioning activities across the Vestas Americas region. This position is responsible for ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality execution of commissioning operations by coordinating training, workforce deployment, and site support.
The Supervisor ensures alignment between project schedules and available resources while driving operational excellence through structured planning, advanced troubleshooting, and consistent process execution. This role directly supports successful project delivery and contributes to achieving regional business objectives.
Key Responsabilities
The supervisor will primarily have the following responsibilities:
• Field and remote training of technicians
• Commissioning page turns for construction sites• Advanced troubleshooting
• Ability to create and submit Vestas Global Advisor (VGA) guides
• Interpret company policies to workers and enforce safety regulations
• Recommend measures to improve the work scope and overall quality of the wind turbine
• Collaborate with other supervisors to coordinate site activities in safe and timely manner
Qualifications (Preferred)
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in wind turbine operation and maintenance (Vestas platform preferred)
  • Technician III level (for internal candidates)
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Intermediate understanding of wind turbine software systems

  • Ability to graph and interpret turbine fault data
  • Site performance tracking and analytical capability
