Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients through bio-psychosocial evaluations to identify barriers to treatment discharge and optimize health outcomes.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans utilizing evidence-based modalities, leveraging individual and group therapy techniques to enhance patient care.
  • Closely collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including medical and support staff, to provide integrated care and improve treatment compliance.
