The 'remote' aspect means they perform their job duties from outside a traditional office setting, often from home or another remote location. Junior developers typically have less experience and work under the guidance of more senior team members, focusing on learning, bug fixes, and smaller coding tasks. Their responsibilities may include writing code, participating in code reviews, debugging, and collaborating with other team members virtually.
