• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat a variety of psychosocial issues in students and their families, utilizing clinical social work skills to address personal and environmental challenges.
• Perform thorough bio-psychosocial evaluations to identify barriers to treatment and develop comprehensive care plans aimed at improving patients' health status.
• Collaborate with medical and support staff to provide insights into patients' backgrounds, ensuring coordinated care that enhances compliance and patient satisfaction.
• Design and implement individualized treatment plans that incorporate both individual and group therapy modalities, assessing and modifying strategies based on treatment progress.
• Document all social work activities and interventions in patients' medical records in accordance with department standards, maintaining accuracy and confidentiality.
• Educate patients and their families on medical and social work recommendations, facilitating understanding and acceptance to foster recovery and optimum functioning.
• Identify advocacy needs and coordinate community resources to support families, emphasizing self-determination within the client system.
• Maintain awareness of local community resources and trainings relevant to clinical responsibilities, striving to enhance professional expertise continually.
• Adhere strictly to the NASW Code of Ethics and departmental policies to ensure quality care and compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

This role focuses on a range of clients, predominantly children, adolescents, and their families facing various mental health challenges. As a therapist, you will tailor your approach based on individual developmental stages, cultural backgrounds, and unique psychosocial needs, ensuring that the treatment strategies you employ resonate with each client's life context.

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work from an accredited institution, along with a current state license from the Texas Board of Social Work Licensure, specifically as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• Expertise in addressing psychosocial issues characterized by aging processes, human developmental stages, and cultural patterns.
• A minimum of six months to one year of clinical experience in a health or mental health setting, preferably providing care to populations similar to those served in our school-based environment.

• Over one year of relevant behavioral health experience with a focus on outpatient settings, addressing the needs of children, adolescents, and adults.
• Experience collaborating within a multidisciplinary team and utilizing evidence-based practices to enhance patient outcomes.

The salary for this position ranges from USD 85,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
