This position supports a fully remote work environment, allowing you the flexibility to conduct therapy sessions from the comfort of your own home or any location of your choosing. • Provide individual and group counseling sessions to clients, focusing on evidence-based therapeutic techniques and interventions.
• Carry out comprehensive intake assessments to accurately diagnose clients and formulate effective treatment plans tailored to their unique conditions.
• Utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other proven modalities to help clients identify and alter negative thought patterns and behaviors.
• Document all sessions meticulously to maintain accurate client records and ensure continuity of care.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and educators as needed to ensure holistic support for clients.
• Stay abreast of current developments in the mental health field to enhance professional expertise and client care.

Our clientele includes adolescents, adults, and families grappling with an array of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. As a therapist, you should approach each client with empathy, using best practices to guide them towards improved mental health and overall well-being. Our sessions are often funded by schools and other organizations, allowing for a focus on therapeutic outcomes rather than administrative burdens.

• A master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from a regionally accredited institution.
• A valid and active state license (LPC, LMFT, LCSW, PsyD, PhD) permitting you to provide unsupervised mental health services.
• A minimum of two years of post-licensure experience delivering clinical psychotherapy, particularly in outpatient settings.
• Demonstrated proficiency in conducting comprehensive assessments, developing treatment plans, and implementing therapy sessions.
• Effective written communication skills for documentation purposes and treatment planning.
• A clean professional record with no disciplinary actions taken against you by any regulatory board.

• Experience in working with children and adolescents is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with a variety of evidence-based therapeutic approaches, including but not limited to CBT, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Therapy.
• Prior use of telehealth platforms for providing virtual therapy sessions.
