• Conduct thorough and individualized assessments of students to identify mental health concerns and collaborate with school staff to design targeted treatment plans.
• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions virtually, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques tailored to the unique needs of each student.
• Maintain timely and detailed documentation of all client interactions, adhering to ethical guidelines and ensuring confidentiality in line with healthcare regulations.
• Engage in regular consultation with educators, parents, and external mental health resources to provide an integrated support system for students and enhance their learning experience.
• Offer psychoeducation workshops for parents, helping them understand behavioral patterns and effective parenting strategies related to mental health.

This role focuses on children and adolescents within the school system, addressing a diverse range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, behavioral disorders, and adjustment difficulties. • A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• A Bachelor's Degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field. A Master's or Doctoral degree is preferred.
• Demonstrated experience in mental health counseling, particularly with children and adolescents in clinical or educational settings.

• Ability to build rapport and connect with young clients, employing motivational interviewing techniques to engage them effectively in therapy.

• A minimum of two years of practical experience in a mental health counseling role.

• Attractive salary range of USD 60,000 – 104,000 per year, dependent on experience and academic qualifications.
