Our products are trusted by 200+ game studios including Krafton, Square Enix, Sony, EA, Gardens, Brain Jar Games and more. Our two flagship products FirstLook and Engine power launch, live ops, and growth for games of any scale, supporting both indie and AAA teams.
You'll be joining a deeply experienced team who have scaled some of the largest games in the world, including League of Legends and Destiny 2. Our team also brings platform experience from Google, Twitch, Amazon, and Microsoft.

About the Role
We're looking for a Business Operations Associate or Analyst. This role reports to the Director of Finance & Business Operations and will be a strategic, high-impact role where you'll be working cross-functionally across teams and directly with leadership on projects that touch virtually every part of the business.
This role is for someone who wants to build, and take on an ambitious opportunity at the intersection of gaming and technology at a startup with an AI-forward mentality. Ownership, self-drive and a can-do attitude are essential.
Responsibilities
Business Operations
  • Support business operations for FirstLook CRM, creators.gg, player.gg, and Pragma Engine, including people+payroll; processing invoices, billing, and payments; contract admin; procurement, fulfillment and rollouts; sales & marketing support
  • Own & optimize workflows as needed
  • Interface with the company's accounting/finance/tax partner to contextualize transactions, ensuring they have documentation for their needs
  • Support reporting for leadership, sales, marketing, and finance
  • Support Board and meeting preparation
  • Contribute to high priority growth initiatives alongside product, sales and marketing
  • Own coordination and logistics of cross-team initiatives, events and various other projects

Marketing & People
  • Assist with the planning & execution of offsites and conferences for Sales/Marketing, Product & Engineering and Company
  • Assist with People onboarding and offboarding
  • Optimize workflows as needed

Requirements
  • Up to 3 years of experience is valued, but smarts + drive, hustle, and grind are a must. If you can demonstrate that as a recent grad with some internship experience then this is a place where you will thrive.
  • Extreme preference for candidates working on the west coast of the US (company hours are anchored to PST). Only candidates in North America will be considered. This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
