Department: IT / IndySoft Program Team

Location: Remote / Hybrid

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM ET

Duration: Summer Internship

Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Summer Intern to support the ATS IndySoft team with data entry, data corrections, and system-related tasks. This role provides hands-on experience within a critical enterprise system and is ideal for someone interested in IT systems, operations, or data management.

The intern will be expected to quickly ramp up on the IndySoft application, learn core workflows, and assist with administrative and operational support activities that ensure system data accuracy and consistency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform data entry, updates, and corrections within the IndySoft system
  • Review and validate data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency
  • Assist with data cleanup initiatives across customers, assets, and calibration records
  • Learn and support core IndySoft workflows (calibration, customer service, vendor services, reporting, etc.)
  • Execute basic system administrative tasks under guidance from the ATS IndySoft team
  • Assist in identifying data discrepancies and recommending corrections
  • Follow established processes and documentation standards
  • Collaborate with the IT Director, Senior Project Manager, developers, and support staff on assigned tasks

Learning & Development Opportunities

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general computer skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and follow instructions

  • Familiarity with IndySoft, ERP, LIMS, or workflow-based systems
  • Basic understanding of QA, data validation, or reporting concepts
