This role is a data-centric hire for the Game Operations Business Intelligence team whose mission is to "Empower Game Operations with specialized analyses, tools, and expertise that enhance outcomes."
What you'll do:
  • Distill datasets into recommendations with clear visualizations and concise talking points.
  • Scope and complete ad-hoc data requests about game mechanics, product, or user performance.
  • Build, document, and maintain easy-to-use and insightful dashboards and reusable analyses.
  • Partner with Game Operations and Product to address data, performance, and process gaps.
  • Enhance datasets to increase usability and ability to perform nuanced analysis and reporting.
  • Provide subject matter expertise on data, pricing, users, and game operations or mechanics.
What you have:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in statistics, finance, math, or business analysis.
  • Advanced technical experience with SQL, data visualization (e.g., Tableau), and Excel formulas.
  • Advanced experience in an analyst, gaming, consulting, finance, or data science role.
  • Extensive knowledge or experience in sports, gaming, DFS, pricing, trading, or finance.
  • Organized, reliable, curious, professional, communicative, and growth-oriented team player.
