Pay: $65,000 - $75,000 a year (more pay available if you have a sales, real estate, or staging background)

Experience Required: You must have Home Staging experience
Duties: This position is primarily more of an administrative job where you would talk with clients about Home Stagings. 80% or more of this job is simply emails, texts and calls. You would be the main person to go over our process and the needs of the client on each staging over the phone, via text, or email. You would make recommendations on home staging to the clients, schedule staging projects, curate inventory needed for the company, perform quality control before the furniture leaves the warehouse, review photos of jobsites, and correct mistakes of other employees on stagings.
Tasks
Design Admin Work
  • Review photos and videos of all jobs before and after the staging to make sure they meet Realestaged standards
  • Handle escalations from customers who are dissatisfied with our stagings
  • Make outgoing calls to new clients to ensure they understand the Realestaged experience
  • Make invoices and quotes for customers
  • Work within our CRM and Payment Processor to assist the admin teams with quoting design work
Staging Curator and Planner
Select furniture that will be used at home staging jobs. This is done via photos and videos without seeing the house. 
  • Select furniture for correcting either home staging mistakes or preferences from the customer
  • Evaluating staged properties and instructing the team on correcting mistakes via photos and video
  • Creating vision boards and design plans for customers
  • Coordinating with other stylists for customer expectations and making sure all notes are in the calendar/CRM
  • Plan complicated Stagings for Partial Stagings (customer furniture mixed with ours), model homes, short term rentals, or LUX (high end multi-million dollar homes) stagings
  • Create Home Staging Transfer plans to move furniture from one location to another
  • Shop in person and online for new furniture for the standard Realestaged inventory
Design Assistance to Design Team
  • Correct issues on staging projects and before staging leaves the warehouse. This often includes tags on the furniture, damage, or a correcting poor selection of furniture.
  • Training team members on proper techniques for hanging pictures, placing furniture and accessories, and staging the Realestaged Way.
  • Drive to properties in company vehicles to document job sites with photos for most all upcoming staging projects
  • Print artwork for the lead stylist
