• Conduct detailed psychosocial assessments and formulate comprehensive treatment plans aimed at addressing a wide range of mental health issues, including depression, anxiety, trauma, and behavioral health challenges.
• Implement short-term counseling strategies using appropriate modalities tailored to the unique needs of each patient, integrating recovery-oriented practices and family systems approaches.
• Provide case management services to help patients navigate treatment processes, including follow-up assessments and liaising with external agencies to ensure continuity of care post-crisis.
• Perform crisis intervention as necessary, including risk assessments, de-escalation techniques, and collaboration with public mental health crisis response teams when required.
• Engage with team members to foster a collaborative care environment, sharing insights that contribute to improved patient care and outcomes.

Your work will predominantly focus on adult patients experiencing various mental health challenges, particularly those from underserved communities. By understanding the psychosocial stressors faced by our clients, you will help guide them through complexities such as addiction, grief, domestic violence, and other behavioral health problems. • A Master's Degree in Behavioral Science and at least 2 years of post-licensure experience in a mental health setting.
• Current and valid California licensure as an LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC.

• Thorough understanding of mental disorders and evidence-based treatment approaches.
• A valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation for potential home visits, complying with all legal requirements.

• Previous involvement in community mental health settings, especially those that cater to diverse and high-need populations.
• Familiarity with crisis intervention methodologies and team-based mental health care delivery models.
