Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to determine the mental health needs and goals of clients, utilizing evidence-based practices to inform treatment planning.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans employing various therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other strategies tailored to the unique needs of each individual.
• Maintain accurate and confidential clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring the highest standard of professional and ethical practice.
• Engage in collaborative case discussions with a multidisciplinary treatment team, comprising psychiatrists and psychologists, to enhance the overall quality of care provided.
• Conduct regular follow-ups and reassessments to evaluate client progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans based on evolving needs.
• Facilitate psychoeducation sessions for clients and their families, equipping them with knowledge and skills to better understand mental health conditions and available resources.
• Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities, including workshops, training, and conferences, to stay informed of the latest evidence-based practices in the mental health field.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will be providing care to a diverse clientele, encompassing various demographics and backgrounds, including individuals coping with anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health disorders. Our holistic approach recognizes the complexity of each client's situation, and as a Therapist, you will be instrumental in guiding clients through their healing processes.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• Active licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Washington.
• Proven experience in delivering solution-focused therapy and tailoring interventions based on individual client needs.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills that foster strong therapeutic alliances and trust with clients.
• Ability to navigate complex clinical situations with strong problem-solving skills and critical thinking capabilities.

Preferred Experience
