Key Responsibilities

• Conduct individual video therapy sessions with clients, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques to encourage positive mental health outcomes.
• Facilitate open discussions that allow clients to express their emotions, explore their thoughts, and gain deeper insights into their behaviors and relationships.
• Advocate for clients by helping them identify personal goals, and work collaboratively to define actionable treatment plans that support their mental health journey.
• Implement a solution-focused approach to therapy by assessing client needs, monitoring progress, and adjusting treatment plans based on clinical insights.
• Document client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes in compliance with organizational policies and state regulations.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our primary client base consists of adults experiencing a range of mental health challenges, typically stable and of low acuity. These individuals benefit from our remote services, designed to provide convenient access to mental health support that fits into their daily lives. By equipping clients with coping skills and strategies, we aim to enhance their self-efficacy and overall mental well-being.

Qualifications

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Counseling is required.
• Possession of one of the following independent licenses is mandatory: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW).
• Proven computer literacy skills are essential for managing telehealth platforms and electronic documentation.

Preferred Experience

Successful candidates will demonstrate a solid foundation in therapeutic techniques and a deep understanding of mental health best practices. Experience in telehealth counseling is highly valued, as well as familiarity with solution-focused and cognitive-behavioral approaches to therapy. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to connect with clients from diverse backgrounds are essential.

Compensation and Benefits

• Competitive salary range of $80,000 to $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and hours worked.
