Key Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain trusting relationships with patients to foster open communication and encourage self-expression.
• Conduct thorough assessments to accurately diagnose mental health disorders and create personalized treatment plans tailored to each client’s unique needs.
• Lead individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques to address issues including anxiety, depression, and relationship challenges.
• Perform ongoing evaluations of patient progress through regular follow-up meetings and adjust treatment plans based on dynamic patient needs and feedback.
• Utilize referral networks effectively, identifying specialists for clients requiring more intensive or specialized care.
• Participate actively in team discussions to share insights and strategies that promote the wellbeing of our patient population.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work primarily with a diverse client base, including individuals, couples, and families from various cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds. Many clients seek support for mental health challenges related to relationships, family dynamics, and personal growth, while others may be addressing issues like addiction and co-occurring disorders. Understanding the unique contexts of each patient will be integral to your role.

Qualifications

• A current, valid license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.
• Demonstrated competence in therapeutic practices, particularly in addiction counseling and evidence-based approaches to substance use disorders.
• Strong communication skills, with a proven ability to motivate and guide clients through their therapeutic journeys.
• Proficient in both verbal and written communication with clients and multidisciplinary teams.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working within community health settings is highly desirable.
• Additional certifications or training in specialized therapy methodologies are a plus.
• Familiarity with integrated care models and community resource referrals.

Compensation and Benefits

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 – 90,000, commensurate with qualifications and experience. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
