• Conduct thorough clinical assessments and develop comprehensive treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs, employing best practices in solution-focused interventions.
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic techniques, including individual, group, and family therapy approaches, to facilitate recovery and promote mental wellness.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, nurses, and other social workers, to develop and coordinate treatment plans that address the complexities of each client's situation.
• Participate in regular case consultations and peer review meetings to enhance the quality of care and share best practices with team members.
• Provide education and support to patients and their families, equipping them with essential knowledge about mental health and recovery processes.
• Stay informed on the latest research and developments in mental health care, integrating new findings into your clinical practice to improve patient outcomes.

As an LCSW at our Detox Center, you will engage with a diverse patient population that includes individuals grappling with substance use disorders, trauma, anxiety, and depression. You will support clients through their recovery journey, focusing on empathetic, trauma-informed care that encourages resilience and self-efficacy.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Avalid LCSW license in the state of Tennessee.
• At least three years of clinical experience in psychotherapy, with a strong emphasis on working within a mental health or substance abuse setting.
• Demonstrated proficiency in solution-focused therapies and other evidence-based interventions.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a capacity for effective problem-solving.
• A passion for working collaboratively as part of a team, contributing to group dynamics and fostering a unified approach to patient care.

• Experience in detoxification or substance use treatment settings.
• Familiarity with integrated care models and working within a multi-disciplinary team.
• Training in specific therapeutic modalities (e.g., CBT, DBT) is a plus.
