Work Location: Saratoga Springs, NY Preferred; Open to Remote. This role is primarily based in our Saratoga Springs office, with a schedule of four in‑office days (Monday–Thursday) and one remote day (Friday). Candidates who live a significant distance from the office and have substantial experience in the CPG industry may be eligible for fully remote work, with periodic travel to headquarters or other locations for key moments of collaboration and company initiatives.

About the Role
We’re looking for a bold, creative, and highly organized Communications Marketing Manager to lead consumer-facing communications and content strategy across owned and earned channels. This role is equal parts strategist, storyteller, and executor responsible for shaping how our brand shows up across email, SMS, social media, influencer partnerships, packaging, and more.
The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced CPG environment, has a strong understanding of modern content and community strategy, and can balance creative vision with performance-driven marketing execution.
What You’ll Do
Consumer Communications & Brand Voice
  • Lead all consumer-facing communications across owned channels including email and SMS marketing
  • Ensure all brand copy aligns with established brand voice, tone, and messaging guidelines across platforms including email, packaging, social media, radio/podcast advertising, and other marketing materials
  • Partner cross-functionally to support copywriting needs across sales, ecommerce, and marketing initiatives
  • Support development of marketing assets including static creative and short-form video content
Social Media & Community Management
  • Lead social media planning, execution, publishing calendars, and performance reporting across all platforms
  • Manage external social media agency relationships and ensure alignment with brand strategy and business objectives
  • Oversee community management and daily engagement with online consumers, helping build a passionate and authentic brand community
  • Monitor trends, cultural moments, and emerging platform opportunities to keep the brand relevant and engaging
Influencer & Creator Partnerships
  • Own influencer and creator marketing strategy from end to end
  • Identify and recruit creators aligned with brand values and target audiences
  • Negotiate contracts and partnership terms
  • Develop creative briefs and provide feedback on deliverables
  • Manage final asset delivery and ensure content performance aligns with campaign goals
  • Agency and Partner Integration: Coordinate across agency partners including media, PR, influencer, and creative agencies to ensure aligned planning, messaging, and campaign execution
Content Strategy, SEO & Growth
  • Lead content strategy efforts with an emphasis on discoverability, SEO, and GEO optimization
  • Collaborate with ecommerce and marketing teams to create content that drives traffic, engagement, and conversion
  • Support broader marketing initiatives and campaigns as needed
What We’re Looking For
  • 3+ years of experience in communications, content marketing, social media, or brand marketing
  • Experience working within a CPG, lifestyle, food & beverage, or ecommerce-driven brand preferred
  • Strong copywriting and storytelling skills with the ability to adapt tone across multiple channels
  • Deep understanding of social media strategy, creator partnerships, and community management
  • Experience managing agencies, freelancers, or external partners
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Familiarity with SEO best practices and content optimization strategies
  • Experience with email and SMS marketing platforms preferred
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-moving, collaborative environment

Expected Salary: $94,000 – $120,000, commensurate with experience, qualifications, and abilities.
