• Conduct one-on-one mental health counseling sessions using ethical, compassionate approaches via video chat.
• Implement solution-focused treatment modalities tailored to individual client needs, enhancing their self-awareness and understanding.
• Create and execute personalized treatment plans, setting clear objectives aligned with each client's goals.
• Facilitate regular check-ins to monitor client progress, making adjustments to treatment strategies as necessary.
• Assist clients in developing effective coping mechanisms to navigate day-to-day challenges.
• Maintain accurate client records with minimal administrative burdens, allowing for uninterrupted focus on client care.

In this role, you will primarily work with a diverse group of stable, low-acuity adults who present a variety of mental health needs. • A Master's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Must possess a valid, unrestricted license to practice independently as one of the following: LPC, LMFT, or LCSW.
• No provisional licenses are accepted; candidates must have a clean professional record without disciplinary actions.
• Strong interpersonal skills, demonstrating empathy and understanding in all client interactions.
• Proficiency in digital communication tools and therapy platforms to efficiently conduct sessions.

While not mandatory, experience in telehealth therapy and familiarity with solution-based treatment approaches are highly valued. Candidates with a track record of working in community health settings or serving similar demographics will be given precedence.
