• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients to evaluate their mental health needs and challenges.
• Develop individualized treatment plans that address specific psychological, emotional, and behavioral issues.
• Provide therapeutic counseling to clients, conducting both individual and group sessions, employing evidence-based techniques.
• Regularly monitor and document client progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Facilitate supportive activities and workshops that promote patient understanding of mental health issues.

You will work primarily with a diverse population of clients, including but not limited to youth dealing with substance abuse, adolescents facing anxiety, and adults experiencing depression or eating disorders. Your expertise will be vital in addressing various mental health challenges, and your compassionate approach will help clients navigate their paths to recovery.

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field, coupled with a minimum of five years of professional experience as a licensed counselor.
• Current LPC licensure in Oregon, with a deep understanding of mental, emotional, and behavioral disorders.
• Proven ability to develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans across various demographics and issues.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships with clients and their families.

• Experience working with diverse populations, particularly young people and families.
• Familiarity with telehealth practices and digital documentation systems.
• Proven track record in facilitating group therapy sessions and community programs.

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 75,000 to 90,000 annually, reflecting your skills and experience. In addition, our compensation package includes a sign-on bonus, flexible work arrangements, and support for professional licensing renewals and continuing education.
