  • Support the development and maintenance of a Communications and Education Plan for an enterprise Salesforce services environment.

  • Coordinate and support user group forums, including topic solicitation, agenda development, meeting facilitation, materials preparation, notes, recordings, action items, and follow-up.

  • Create training content that supports enterprise platform standards, shared services, application functionality, stakeholder onboarding, and release adoption.

  • Work with product owners, business analysts, developers, testers, architects, help desk teams, and stakeholders to understand system changes and translate them into clear user-facing materials.

  • Support training delivery for new capabilities, enterprise features, component-level functionality, and application changes.

  • Maintain training content so it reflects current functionality, operating procedures, platform standards, and stakeholder needs.

  • Support release communications by preparing user-facing summaries, training updates, stakeholder notices, and adoption materials tied to new or changed functionality.

  • Help identify training needs by reviewing user feedback, help desk trends, stakeholder questions, user group input, and release impacts.

  • Ensure training materials are clear, accessible, organized, version-controlled, and suitable for broad stakeholder use.

  • Work within formal security, privacy, Section 508, documentation, and stakeholder communication expectations for a regulated federal environment.

What You Must Have

  • 1+ year of experience creating end-user documentation such as guides, job aids, SOPs, FAQs, knowledge articles, or release/adoption materials.
  • 1+ year of experience supporting Agile environments, including release communications, product training, or system implementations.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a federal public trust clearance or equivalent client-required background investigation.

  • Candidate must reside in the US, be authorized to work in the US, and work must be performed in the US
  • Must have lived in the US 3 full years out of the last 5 years

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience using collaboration, documentation, or knowledge management tools.
  • Experience supporting Salesforce user training, Salesforce adoption, CRM training, or SaaS platform education.

  • Experience developing Section 508-compliant training materials, presentations, user guides, or electronic documentation.

  • Experience supporting training in federal, healthcare, financial services, or other regulated environments.

  • Experience supporting stakeholder onboarding, enterprise platform standards, shared services, or application modernization efforts.
