Our counselors can conduct sessions via telehealth platforms or in our physical office located in Sunnyvale, California. We value work-life harmony by allowing counselors to tailor their schedules within our operational hours of 7 AM to 10 PM, seven days a week. As a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor at Greenleaf Psychotherapy LLC, you will:

• Develop individualized therapy plans tailored to each client's unique needs, conducting thorough assessments to inform treatment strategies.
• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic practices to a diverse client base, including individuals, families, and couples, fostering a safe and supportive environment.
• Employ a wide range of therapeutic techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.
• Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams, contributing insights and sharing knowledge to enhance comprehensive client care.
• Maintain meticulous and accurate clinical records in compliance with legal and ethical standards to ensure the highest quality of care.
• Engage in continuous professional development, participating in workshops and training sessions to stay current with advancements in mental health practices and research.

To be considered for this rewarding role, candidates must possess:

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) in California.
• A minimum of two years of documented counseling experience, preferably in a clinical setting.
• A strong comprehension of legal and ethical standards relevant to practice.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with clients from various backgrounds.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team.
• Proficiency with electronic medical record (EMR) software and relevant technologies that facilitate effective client management.

While not mandatory, candidates will have an advantage if they have specialized experience in:

• Family therapy, couples therapy, trauma-informed care, or substance abuse counseling.

This role offers a competitive salary range of $120,000 to $140,000 annually. Additionally, we provide:
