Your Next Pour: The Opportunity
Tropicana Brands Group is looking for a Key Account Manager, HEB, Brookshire Grocery, Grocers Supply, to support the Grocery team. This role will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with these key accounts, driving sales and market share growth within the grocery sector.
Additional responsibilities include:
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key grocery store accounts, ensuring product availability, optimal shelf placement, and visibility to maximize sales.
  • Drive revenue growth within key grocery accounts by identifying opportunities to expand product offerings, improve shelf positioning, and increase sales volume.
  • Develop and execute tailored sales strategies and in-store promotions for key accounts, ensuring alignment with broader company objectives and maximizing brand presence.
  • Work with the category management team to optimize the product assortment for each key account, ensuring products are well-positioned to meet consumer demand.
  • Implement pricing strategies and work with accounts to optimize pricing, ensuring profitability while remaining competitive within the grocery sector.
  • Work closely with internal teams such as marketing, supply chain, finance, and customer service to ensure alignment in sales strategies and effective execution

The Perfect Blend: Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in key account management, sales, or category management, preferably within the CPG industry and convenience channel.
  • Strong experience in managing key accounts, developing relationships, and driving sales within the grocery store or retail environment.
  • Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to develop actionable strategies that drive account growth and profitability.
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams to align on strategies, execute initiatives, and ensure smooth delivery and service to accounts.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, sales forecasting tools, and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship now or in the future
