Job description

Calling all Fire Alarm/Sprinkler Field Inspectors to join our Telgian team!

If you are an experienced Fire Alarm/Sprinkler Field Inspector looking for an opportunity to work with a dynamic, industry leader in the fire protection industry this is the job for you!

Your Compensation and Benefits:

  • Pay Rate: DOE $35 - $50/hour.
  • Comprehensive benefit package with competitive rates.

Your Full Time Opportunity:

  • Perform Testing & Inspections surveys for assigned customers and submit appropriate reports
  • Communicate all work order status changes to our Customer Support team
  • Interface with internal customers and external customers (as requested) to resolve conflicts relating to survey and report deliverables; and Identify ways to reduce cost, improve productivity and quality in the delivery of our service
  • To set you up for success, you will get started in your new role by attending Telgianโ€™s exclusive Field Inspector Training (FIT) program followed by job-shadowing one of your fellow inspectors and regular interactions with the Regional Field Supervisor.
  • Telgian will provide all of the necessary tools to set you up for success including computers, tablet, phone, printer, etc.

Job Location:

  • Offsite Location โ€“ home based
  • Must be available for regular travel, which varies on Region & State.
    • State less populated w/few major cities โ€“ Traveling 50-75% of time
    • State more populated w/major cities โ€“ traveling could be more local

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 4 years of Fire Alarm and/or Fire Sprinkler Experience - Required
  • NICET II Fire Alarm - Required
  • NICET II Fire Sprinkler- Required
  • Willing to travel 75% of the time. (Home on Weekends)
