Remote Customer Service Representative
We are seeking reliable, professional, and customer-focused Remote Customer Service Representatives to join our team. In this role, you will assist customers by answering financial products and services inquiries, resolving issues, processing requests, and providing exceptional support through inbound phone calls and email communication channels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Effectively and efficiently answer inbound customer calls in a courteous and professional manner
  • Assist clients with product and account inquiries, payment questions, and general service requests
  • Handle customer concerns and resolve issues efficiently while maintaining a positive customer experience
  • Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system
  • Follow company policies, compliance guidelines, and data security procedures
