Job description

What You’ll Do

  • Assist in the preparation and analysis of monthly financial reports and forecasts
  • Support budgeting and long-range planning processes with financial modeling
  • Work with large datasets to uncover trends, variances, and business insights
  • Create and maintain dashboards and visualizations in Microsoft Excel and Power BI
  • Write SQL queries or use Power Query to extract and transform datasets
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (finance, operations, business development) to support strategic initiatives
  • Help improve existing financial processes and reporting workflows
  • Aid with ad-hoc projects as necessary

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree and 3-5 years of experience in Finance, Business Analytics, Business Intelligence, or a related field
  • Strong interest in a career in financial analysis, corporate finance, or FP&A
  • Experience with data visualization platforms (Power BI or SQL is a plus)
  • Knowledge of financial consolidation and planning platforms (Oracle EPM a plus)
  • Familiarity with relational databases or data warehousing concepts
  • Solid analytical, problem-solving, and Excel skills
  • Clear and confident communication—both written and verbal
  • Understanding of corporate finance principles
  • Eagerness to learn, adapt, and contribute to a fast-paced team environment

Travel Requirements

  • Periodic business travel may occur (estimated at approximately 5% percent), though frequency of travel could fluctuate from period to period based on growth and acquisition initiatives.

Work Environment 

  • This position will be remote. If business travel is required, work may be in a manufacturing plant environment in which Personal Protective Equipment must be worn.
