As a Senior Family Therapist, you will be instrumental in our clients' journeys towards improved mental health through various responsibilities, including:

• Conducting in-depth psychosocial assessments to identify clients' mental health challenges, strengths, and available resources, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of their needs.
• Providing individual, family, and group therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care.
• Developing and implementing detailed, personalized treatment plans that set clear therapeutic goals and actionable interventions, tailored to each client’s unique circumstances.
• Collaborating effectively with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure a coordinated and integrated approach to client care.
• Leading group therapy sessions, psychoeducation classes, and support groups to facilitate community building and shared learning among clients.
• Offering crisis intervention and risk assessment while maintaining a strong focus on client safety and well-being.
• Maintaining accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with ethical, legal, and organizational standards.

To qualify for this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:

• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.

While not mandatory, the ideal candidate will have:
