What You'll Do: - Operate and monitor vapor recovery units and natural gas compression equipment, ensuring optimal system performance
- Adjust operating parameters to maintain pressure, flow, and efficiency according to operational requirements
- Perform routine inspections, log equipment data, and identify irregularities or potential issues
- Carry out minor maintenance, assist with repairs, and troubleshoot equipment problems
- Recognize mechanical or process deviations; escalate issues to maintenance and technical teams appropriately
- Follow all safety protocols, maintain accurate operational records, and ensure compliance with company standards
- Utilize digital control systems and data entry tools to document activities and support reporting
What You Bring: - 2-5 years of experience in gas compression, oil & gas operations, or industrial maintenance
- Strong mechanical aptitude with troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with rotating equipment, instrumentation, and process control systems
- Ability to interpret P&IDs, schematics, and technical manuals confidently
- Knowledge of HMI systems and control room operations (preferred)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work a 14/14 rotation schedule-12-hour shifts on day and night rotations, including weekends and holidays
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs., climb, bend, and stand for extended periods
- Comfortable working in varying weather conditions and in a flexible environment
- Certifications like OSHA 10/30, H2S Awareness, First Aid/CPR, or DOT OQ are a plus
Preferred Education & Experience: - High school diploma or GED; technical or vocational training preferred
- Prior experience in natural gas compression, industrial maintenance, or oil & gas sectors

- Capability to operate in a remote or centralized environment with exposure to outdoor weather conditions
