Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain a consistent caseload of 25-30 clients per week, skillfully managing client appointments through our telehealth system.
  • Engage in ongoing documentation practices including clinical assessments, treatment plan reviews, and case notes, adhering to Discover Mindโ€™s established guidelines.
  • Provide consistent, excellent client services while collaborating with a dynamic team that shares a commitment to bridging gaps in community mental health care.
  • Utilize creative therapeutic interventions to support clients in achieving and surpassing their mental health goals.
  • Coordinate care with case managers, families, and other professionals involved in the client's care to ensure a holistic approach.
Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Discover Mind, you will work with a diverse range of clients, including children, adolescents, couples, and families.
