• Conduct thorough virtual psychosocial assessments to determine the emotional and mental health needs of clients.
• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions using evidence-based practices that promote healing and recovery.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to create individualized treatment plans that address the comprehensive needs of clients.
• Assist clients and families in navigating and accessing community resources and support systems, including financial aid, counseling, and support groups.
• Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of client interactions, treatment outcomes, and progress in compliance with health regulations and organizational standards.
• Participate in regular team meetings, workshops, and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge in clinical practices.

Your work will primarily focus on clients facing end-of-life issues, providing emotional support, crisis intervention, and counseling to both patients and their families. You will help clients navigate the complex emotional landscape associated with terminal illness, bereavement, and grief, offering compassionate care tailored to their unique circumstances.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.
• Current licensure as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in the state of Washington.
• A minimum of two (2) years of post-licensure experience providing direct clinical social work services, particularly in hospice or palliative care settings.
• Proficiency in conducting comprehensive diagnostic assessments and creating effective treatment plans.
• Exceptional interpersonal abilities, with a strong aptitude for establishing rapport with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
• A demonstrated commitment to cultural competence, social justice, and ethical standards in practice.

• Experience in hospice care, palliative care, or geriatric mental health is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and virtual therapy methodologies to enhance client engagement.
• Understanding of community resources available for patients and families dealing with terminal illness.

The annual salary for this role ranges from USD 115,000 to 120,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
