This position is entirely remote, providing flexibility for your work-life balance. You will engage in telehealth sessions via our secure platform, allowing you to connect with clients through video conferencing tools. As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will:

• Conduct comprehensive mental health evaluations, formulating accurate diagnoses, and developing tailored treatment plans that reflect the unique needs of each client.
• Maintain a caseload of 25-30 clients per week, ensuring ongoing documentation of therapy sessions, treatment plan adjustments, and clinical notes that align with company protocols.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by providing empathetic and responsive care to clients and their families.
• Leverage innovative therapeutic interventions to assist clients in achieving their personal and relational goals.
• Document each session in compliance with organizational standards, fostering accountability and clear communication with colleagues.
• Collaborate with case managers, educational personnel, and medical professionals to coordinate comprehensive care for clients.

Your role will primarily focus on a diverse clientele that includes individuals, couples, and families experiencing a range of mental health issues. You will work specifically with children, adolescents, and adults, addressing various challenges such as anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and trauma. Our approach emphasizes cultural competence, ensuring that every client feels understood and respected, regardless of background.

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.
• A current and active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist.
• Proficiency in mental health documentation, including treatment plans, clinical notes, and diagnostic assessments.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and compassionately.
• Demonstrated ability to maintain professional boundaries and provide support in a therapeutic setting.
• Experience working with a diverse client base, fostering an inclusive and accepting therapeutic environment.

• Previous experience with family therapy services and knowledge of community resources available to clients.
• Comfort with fee collection processes during service delivery.
• Experience in implementing creative therapeutic techniques that resonate with clients' values and preferences.
• A background in providing services to children, adolescents, couples, and families with varied mental health challenges.

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $90,000 to $110,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Our compensation package includes:
