This is a remote position, which allows for flexibility in your work location while still being part of a close-knit team dedicated to providing exceptional care. Working from home, you will engage with clients through virtual therapy sessions, utilizing secure telehealth platforms to maintain therapeutic relationships and ensure continuity of care. Our team collaborates regularly through virtual meetings, emphasizing open communication and shared best practices.

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to understand clients' mental health concerns and develop tailored treatment strategies.
• Utilize evidence-based therapies including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Trauma-Informed Care to facilitate healing and resilience among clients.
• Design and implement individualized treatment plans in coordination with clients, clearly outlining goals, interventions, and expected outcomes.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and medical professionals, to ensure a cohesive approach to care.
• Provide crisis intervention and risk assessment as necessary, ensuring client safety and well-being.
• Document client interactions and treatment progress accurately and timely in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
• Facilitate group therapy sessions and psychoeducation workshops to foster community and peer support among clients.

You will primarily work with individuals within a detox center setting, addressing a diverse range of mental health and substance use concerns. Clients will include adults and young adults experiencing challenges such as substance dependence, co-occurring mental health disorders, and situational crises. Your empathetic approach will be vital in creating a safe and trusting environment where clients feel comfortable navigating their recovery.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program.
• Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Georgia.
• A minimum of two years of direct experience working in a mental health or outpatient setting.
• Strong understanding of evidence-based therapeutic modalities, with proficiency in conducting therapy sessions both individually and in groups.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and facilitate discussions effectively.

• Experience in treatment settings focused on substance use disorders and detox protocol.
• Familiarity with telehealth practices and digital therapeutic tools.
• Proven ability to develop and implement innovative treatment interventions that meet unique client needs.
