We utilize a cloud-based electronic health records (EHR) system that facilitates compliance with insurance providers, including Medicaid and Medicare, streamlining the administrative side of care and allowing counselors to focus on what matters—client wellness.

• Conduct individual, family, and group therapy sessions aimed at addressing clients' mental health needs, developing treatment plans, and tracking progress.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques and interventions to support clients in overcoming challenges related to mental health issues, trauma, and dual diagnoses.
• Facilitate a safe and supportive environment for clients to explore their feelings and experiences, maintaining confidentiality and trust throughout the therapeutic process.
• Manage all aspects of the counseling process while collaborating with our administrative team who handle the business operations—allowing you to concentrate on your clinical duties.
• Document patient interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes using our comprehensive EHR platform to ensure accurate records and compliance with legal standards.
• Participate in continuous education and training opportunities to stay updated on best practices in mental health care and counseling techniques.

• A Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in Georgia.
• A minimum of three years of hands-on experience in mental health counseling, demonstrating a proven track record of effective patient outcomes.
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage a flexible schedule, including some weekends or evenings as necessary.
• Ability to work independently while maintaining strong communication and collaborative ties with team members.
• Completion of background checks as required by state regulations.

• Experience using telehealth platforms and EHR systems.
• Knowledge of managing the treatment of clients with dual diagnoses.
• Specialization in a particular area of counseling, such as trauma-informed care, behavioral therapies, or family therapy.
