• Deliver high-quality counseling and psychotherapy services tailored to the needs of individuals, couples, and families.
• Work collaboratively with clients to create personalized and comprehensive treatment plans, setting measurable and achievable goals.
• Advocate for clients' needs by connecting them with appropriate resources, such as housing support, medical services, and financial assistance.
• Engage in crisis intervention for clients experiencing acute distress, including suicidal ideation, substance abuse emergencies, or significant trauma presentations.
• Participate in community education initiatives aimed at reducing stigma around mental health and promoting awareness.
• Maintain detailed and accurate case records, treatment plans, and progress notes in adherence to HIPAA regulations and other legal standards.
• Receive ongoing mentorship and support for both clinical and personal development, fostering an environment of continuous learning and improvement.

The LCSW will primarily serve clients in a detox setting who are grappling with substance-related issues as well as various mental health disorders. This population often requires immediate and compassionate intervention to address acute psychological needs while also laying the groundwork for longer-term recovery and emotional resilience. As a result, you will play a critical role in supporting individuals as they navigate one of the most challenging periods of their lives.

• Must hold a Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Possess an active LCSW license in the state of Georgia, with the capacity to practice independently.
• Demonstrate a compassionate, empathetic approach to client interactions, alongside a commitment to cultural competency.
• Have a minimum of two years of direct clinical experience working with individuals, couples, and families.
• Exhibit strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively collaborate with clients and team members.

• Experience in substance use treatment within a clinical or detox environment is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with telehealth services and digital documentation platforms.
