• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments using standardized tools and evidence-based practices to tailor personalized treatment plans for clients.
• Implement multiple therapeutic modalities including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) to address individual client needs.
• Maintain meticulous clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring confidentiality and professional integrity.
• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary treatment team comprising psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health care providers to deliver coordinated and holistic services.
• Participate in routine case consultations and peer review meetings for continuous professional development and to enhance service delivery.
• Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment modalities, and local resources that can aid in their recovery journey.
• Stay abreast of current research findings and advancements in mental health to enrich clinical practice and deliver cutting-edge care.

In this role, you will engage with a varied patient population consisting of adults, adolescents, and families dealing with multifaceted mental health challenges. • A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution, emphasizing a strong academic foundation.
• A valid and active license in the state of Georgia as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• Demonstrated expertise in solution-focused therapeutic techniques, capable of creating individualized treatment plans that align with client needs and goals.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, enabling you to cultivate trusting relationships with clients.
• A demonstrated ability to think critically and solve problems effectively within the counseling context.

• Prior experience working with populations facing trauma, anxiety, and mood disorders is highly valued.
