Financial Advisor - Tempo Wealth
Location: Independence, OH

Tempo Wealth is a fast-growing, fee-only financial planning firm based in Independence, Ohio. We are seeking a Financial Advisor to join our expanding team and play a key role in providing excellent financial advice to our existing clients.
This position can be hybrid after a training period in the office
Salary & Benefits
  • Salary Range: $125,000 - $175,000, commensurate with experience and credentials
  • Company-paid health insurance

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead client meetings with the plan to take over client relationships over time
  • Collaborate with internal teams, such as compliance, investment operations, and client service, to ensure all client-related activities are executed efficiently and in line with company standards
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients
  • Understand clients' financial goals and preferences
  • Review and execute on financial planning tasks after client meetings
  • Stay informed on financial market trends and regulatory changes
  • Identify opportunities for client growth and new business

Qualifications
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in an advisory role
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, both internally and client-facing
  • Warm communication with clients

  • Problem solving and independent worker - we do not micromanage
