A proven track record of driving business growth through SEM, Social, and Display advertising is required for this role. The position, reporting into the Senior Director for SMB, will own the development and execution of the performance marketing strategy for the owned and operated property. The ideal candidate brings strong expertise in PPC advertising with an emphasis on SEM, a hands-on and proactive mindset, and the ability to make sound decisions and move initiatives forward. They are detail-oriented, action-driven, and eager to personally contribute to the success and growth of our business.
Responsibilities:
Performance:
  • Development growth strategy and oversee the of day-to-day execution of performance marketing for the property
  • Direct and support team members in determining the optimal tactics and approach to realize the commercial priorities
  • Coordinate with product and finance teams to develop a clear understanding of product LTVs to ensure media channels are operating at target ROI
  • Utilize data-driven analysis insights, identify opportunities, and make recommendations for performance optimizations
  • Evaluate and improve attribution models used to measure channel performance
  • Advise the team on findings from regular performance reviews to set appropriate actions to be taken to drive growth
  • Work closely with team product managers to align paid strategy with on-site experience
  • Explain variance in performance against target to leadership and other stakeholders in management commentary (and in other forums as required)
