• Conduct initial assessments and ongoing evaluations of clients’ mental health to discuss their challenges, strengths, and therapeutic goals.
• Design individualized treatment plans that address specific mental health issues, including anxiety disorders, depression, substance abuse, and eating disorders.
• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, employing evidence-based therapeutic interventions that resonate with the diverse backgrounds of clients.
• Regularly monitor clients' progress and provide ongoing support, adjustments to treatment plans, and resources as needed, ensuring that each client has the tools necessary to cope with their issues.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and social workers, to provide holistic care and ensure comprehensive support for clients.
• Document all interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes accurately within our EHR system, adhering to regulatory and company guidelines.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in California.
• A minimum of four years of clinical experience in mental health counseling, showcasing a well-rounded clinical skill set.
• Proven expertise in various mental health disorders and evidence-based treatments, with a strong emphasis on cultural sensitivity.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, demonstrating the ability to build rapport with a diverse client base.
• Strong crisis intervention skills, allowing for calm and effective responses in challenging situations.
