• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to evaluate clients' needs and establish individualized treatment plans tailored to their specific circumstances.
• Deliver engaging teletherapy sessions via HIPAA-compliant video and audio platforms, making mental health care accessible and convenient for clients.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team, including psychiatrists and primary care physicians, to create a holistic approach to client care.
• Maintain meticulous clinical documentation and treatment records to ensure compliance with state licensing requirements and organizational standards.
• Actively participate in team meetings and peer supervision to discuss cases, share insights, and continuously improve therapeutic techniques.

• Must hold an active California license as an LCSW, LPCC, LMFT, or PsyD.

• Strong attention to detail for accurate clinical documentation and treatment plan development.

• A minimum of two years of post-graduate experience in a clinical setting is strongly preferred.

• Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
