The LPC role is set within an outpatient office environment that primarily functions through remote engagement, fostering a work setting conducive to flexibility and client responsiveness. • Conduct comprehensive initial assessments and evaluations to develop individualized treatment plans tailored to clients' specific challenges.
• Facilitate evidence-based therapeutic interventions for individuals, couples, families, and groups to address a variety of mental health concerns.
• Employ diverse therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy, ensuring that methods align with the unique needs of each client.
• Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and social workers, to provide holistic and comprehensive care.
• Maintain precise, up-to-date clinical records while ensuring adherence to ethical guidelines and regulatory standards, thereby safeguarding client confidentiality.
• Engage in continuous professional development by attending workshops and reviewing current research in the field of mental health.

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field.

• Experience using telehealth platforms for remote counseling sessions is advantageous.
